Dr.Akula Padmavathi

With over 3 decades of professional experience, Dr. Akula has extensive experience in managing large teams and complex high risk projects. Two times law gold medalist, a Phd Degree in Forensic Science and a Doctorate in International Economics (USA), DrAkula has got extensive experience of working in various fields and organizations. She has been a Social Development Advisor to Planning Commission, Government Negotiator for Afgan Peace Mission, Srilankan Operations and Pakistan political and war situations. She is an external member to the Internal Complaints Committee on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace for Ministry of Child & Women Development, GOI

She is also the chairperson for an International NGO : Humana People to People India. She has a keen interest in Organizational Behavior and has deep understanding of human biases at the workplace combinedwith many years of management experience enables her to effectively guide organizations and its people to overcome impediments and operate with excellence.

She is leading the CSR consultancy vertical for CSDT and is managing several prestigious projects for well-known brands.
