R K Bhasin

A post-graduate in Labour Laws, Labour Welfare and Personnel Management from Panjabi University, Patiala, Mr. Bhasin brings with him over 38 years varied experience in manufacturing, publishing, banking, law, IPR, Security and marketing and is closely associated with CSDT from its inception as an Advisor.

He is an enthusiastic coach and mentor, with passion for developing and nourishing the entrepreneurial spirit amongst professionals. He has held several positions in the Government committees in banking and finance sector and was engaged with a nationalized bank for over 20 years and was heading its Training and Development wing along with Performance Appraisal segment. Thereafter he joined a national Chamber of Commerce and was heading its Banking & Finance, NBFCs, Insurance, Security, IPR and Legal divisions as Join Director (Projects). Working in this profile has given him a rich operational knowledge and hand on experience of working in specific sector like Infra, CSR, IPR, Law and Security.
