Delegation is one's ability to get things done by using work and time of other people. Managers often want to do everything by themselves, thus wasting a lot time, which they could have used for more productive tasks. Also delegation is very useful for succession planning, personal development, and for growth of your team.

In this module we will enable participants to explore and identify various ways of delegating tasks, to understand what to delegate, how to delegate, when to delegate and to whom to delegate. It is a practical workshop that will also design a process flow for participants.
