We at CSDT have been working on the subject of gender sensitization and Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace for over two years now and have gained an expertise on this. We have conducted 6 National level conferences on Sexual Harassment Act at New Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, and Mumbai& Bangalore with participation from more than 600 delegates from over 400 corporate, banks. NGOs and Public Sector Undertakings.
