Kamal is a professional in the area of Learning, Development and Talent Management with over 40 years of Multi-national corporate experience.
With a background in Public Administration, her core competence is in the areas of project/research, management strategic planning, capacity building, Behavioral, Attitudinal and Skill Interventions for Organizations. The strength she brings is the energy and passion of delivery and the involvement in interventions. A significant dimension of this experience has been the development of Business Unit specific learning strategies in consultation with clients, key stakeholders and business leaders; in alignment with Organizational and Leadership goals.
She has got an extensive experience of developing partnerships with key influencers, and decision-makers incentral/State governments, institutions, academics, NGOs and international agencies in women'srights, child rights, governance, social justice and corporate social responsibility. Worked with young people on themes of identity, diversity and active citizenship. Good analytical, communication and inter-personal skills.
Kamal has been honored with the award of MBE by the UK Government in 2002 in recognition of work done in gender equality, child rights and public sector reforms.
